These Terms of Use govern your use of the PoseFrame mobile application. By downloading or using PoseFrame, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

You do not need to register or sign in to use PoseFrame. Photos are processed on your device. An internet connection is needed to download pose references, purchase Pro, or restore a purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used for online services, purchases, and support.

PoseFrame provides pose references and camera-framing tools for personal, lawful use. You are responsible for the photos you create, the content you select, and obtaining any permissions required from people or property shown in your photos.

Pro Lifetime purchase

Camera tools, photo capture and saving, importing and editing photo overlays, all overlay display modes, and free pose references are available without purchasing Pro. Pro Lifetime is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium pose references. It is not a recurring subscription. The price is shown before purchase. To restore an eligible purchase, open Pro and tap Restore using the same marketplace account that made the purchase.

Billing and refund requests are handled by the marketplace where you obtained the app, under its policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Pose guides and intellectual property

The app, its design, pose guides, graphics, text, and other included content are owned by or licensed to PoseFrame and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use pose guides within the app to frame your own photos, but you may not extract, redistribute, resell, reproduce, or create a competing library from the app's assets.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary. Online features require a compatible device and internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable.

Disclaimer

PoseFrame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Pose references are creative guidance only; results may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoseFrame and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Marketplace terms

Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms of the marketplace where you obtained it. If those mandatory terms conflict with these terms, the mandatory terms apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
