PoseFrame respects your privacy. This policy explains what stays on your device and what information is used to provide our services.

Photos and camera

Your selected and captured photos are processed on your device. We do not upload your personal photos to our servers or use them to train AI models. You can change camera and photo permissions in your device settings at any time; some features may then be unavailable.

Using the app

No registration or manual sign-in is required. The app automatically assigns a user ID and uses access and device security information to connect to online services and prevent misuse. You do not need to enter a name, email address, or password.

Purchases

Payments are handled by the App Store. Our purchase-management provider processes your app user ID, purchase history, transaction details, purchased items, and Pro access status. These records are linked to your user ID to confirm and restore purchases, prevent fraud, and understand purchase activity. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Pose references and online services

Our hosting and security providers process access information, your IP address, requested content, and connection and security records to deliver pose references and protect the service. Downloaded references, preferences, and temporary files may be stored on your device.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send private photos, passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed.

Advertising and analytics

PoseFrame does not display third-party ads or sell personal information. We use purchase activity reports to understand purchases and Pro access, not to target advertising across apps or websites.

Service providers

We share the information described above with providers of secure access, purchase management, and content hosting for those purposes. They may process information in countries other than where you live. Payment processing is subject to the App Store's terms and privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We and our providers retain service, security, purchase, and support records as needed to provide services, resolve requests, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations. Removing the app does not automatically delete records held by service providers. Photos saved to your photo library remain there until you delete them.

For questions about withdrawing consent, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email zaytt.dev@gmail.com. We may need limited information to find the relevant records and verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.

Children

PoseFrame is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app or support, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
